Project Overview:

1. The cold storage installation of this project is designed with a temperature range of -25 ℃ to -35 ℃ according to customer requirements. The cold storage mainly stores fiber materials.

2. The freezer panel is made of FM certified B1 grade polyurethane flame-retardant double-sided color steel plate with a thickness of 150mm,  Double sided 0.476 color steel plate. Lay anti slip carpet for cold storage on the ground.

3. Two sets of Bitzer 30P compressors, one in use and one backup, are used in the cold storage to meet 24-hour full load operation, using RA404 snow type.

4. Install an anti reverse lock alarm system inside the cold storage, and use manual sliding doors of 1500 * 2000 * 150mm * 3 for the cold storage doors.

5. In order to monitor the temperature inside the cold storage in real time, the electronic control system adopts two sets of single machine electronic control systems. The temperature display adopts front display, and there is an alarm function when the high and low temperatures exceed the limit.

6. The cold storage case of this project has been completed and delivered to the customer for use, and has received unanimous praise from the customer.
